Technical
Due Diligence Overview
We assess existing building services infrastructure against current regulatory requirements, operational performance benchmarks, and client-specific investment criteria. Our reports identify capital expenditure requirements, compliance risks, operational inefficiencies, and latent defects, providing a true picture of asset condition and future investment liability.
ppa has carried out technical due diligence across a wide range of asset classes, including data centres, commercial offices, hotels, residential portfolios, and industrial facilities. Our team brings hands-on design and delivery experience to every assessment, ensuring findings are not just technically accurate but practically actionable for clients and their advisors.
