Future-Ready Infrastructure.

ppa provides master planning support for campus-scale, multi-phase, and strategic infrastructure developments. We help clients define a clear, deliverable infrastructure strategy that balances immediate operational needs with long-term capacity requirements, giving investors, developers, and operators the confidence to commit to phased programmes of work.

Master Planning Support Overview

Our master planning service covers MEP infrastructure strategy, site-wide utility planning, phasing analysis, and capacity studies for large-scale and multi-building developments. We translate complex infrastructure requirements into clear, costed, and phased delivery programmes that align with client investment timescales and planning requirements.

ppa has provided master planning support on some of the most complex data centre campus developments in EMEA, with individual campus capacities ranging from 100MW to over 1.4GW of IT load. Our experience across hyperscale, colocation, and edge deployments means we bring tested thinking and real-world delivery knowledge to every master planning engagement.
